Acceptable Use Policy

1. General principles

The Vansera Service exists to take and manage restaurant reservations through an automated AI agent. Use of the Service must remain consistent with that purpose. You will use the Service lawfully, in good faith and with respect for the rights of others. Where this AUP and Applicable Law are inconsistent, Applicable Law prevails.

5. Restricted uses (excluded use cases)

The Service is not designed for, and you will not use it for, any of the following purposes. Use of the Service for any restricted purpose is at your sole risk and Vansera disclaims all liability:

6. Restrictions on automated and outbound use

The Service is designed for inbound communications: customers initiate the conversation. You will not configure or use the Service for outbound telemarketing, cold-calling, mass SMS or WhatsApp outreach, political messaging, fundraising calls, debt collection, market-research calls or any other unsolicited outbound contact. The only outbound messages permitted are: (a) booking confirmations, (b) reminders before a booking, (c) post-visit feedback requests, and (d) administrative notices to a Client Establishment's owner. All four must be triggered by an underlying transaction.

All outbound messages must comply with the TRAI Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations, 2018 ("TRAI TCCCPR"), and the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy. Where DLT (Distributed Ledger Technology) registration is required for any messaging template, you and Vansera will work together to register before the template is used.
